What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands beside a man in an olive-green sweater and blue jeans, a one-off character with dark hair, while a mustached chef in a white toque and apron joins them in a restaurant with checkered tablecloths, bottle-lined shelves, and a potted plant. The man gestures toward the chef and the empty tables, then laughs with a raised hand as the chef wipes his hands with a towel, and finally rests his hand on Bart's shoulder as they stand near the bar and a doorway. Diners sit at the tables in the background, and no on-screen text is visible.
