What happens

A grey-haired woman judge in a black robe and glasses sits at the bench under a state seal and beside a flag, while a uniformed bailiff stands nearby and a crowd fills the gallery of a wood-panelled courtroom. She speaks with a stern, pursed expression, then grimaces and grins as the scene shifts, and in the final moment a young spiky-haired boy in a blue suit walks across the tiled floor past the lawyers' table. Visible details include the bench, the gavel on the judge's desk, and the American flag at the side of the room.
