Silhouetted audience members, including one with a large bushy hairdo in the foreground, sit in rows of seats in a dim theater facing a blank screen
The Simpsons, “Treehouse of Horror VII” (season 8, episode 1), 22:39–22:50
What happens
Silhouetted audience members, including one with a large bushy hairdo in the foreground, sit in rows of seats in a dim theater facing a blank screen. The screen brightens with a blue glow and the words GRACIE FILMS appear over the audience, then the view changes to a golden 20th Century Fox Television logo against a cloudy sky with searchlight beams. The logo settles with the line A News Corporation Company beneath it before the scene fades to black.
