What happens

Maggie, Lisa and Bart, in a hallway with a purple staircase, stand together in the first frame, with Maggie on the left waving her arms, Lisa in the middle pointing upward in her red dress and pearl necklace, and Bart on the right pointing up in his orange shirt. Marge, with her tall blue beehive and lavender blouse, looks alarmed in the next moment, then Homer in a brown sweater appears behind the children as Marge stands and speaks while Maggie holds an umbrella. Homer then pokes his head up through a gap in the wooden floorboards of a dusty attic, with cobwebs on the wall beside a purple door, and Marge's blue hair appears beside him as he holds a glowing lightbulb and a dark pipe-like object in the final frame.
