Bart Simpson is spread-eagled and tied by the wrists and ankles with ropes to a green mat on a wooden floor, screaming with his mouth wide open
The Simpsons, “Treehouse of Horror VII” (season 8, episode 1), 5:31–5:34
What happens
Bart Simpson, shirtless in blue shorts with his spiky hair, is spread-eagled and tied by the wrists and ankles with ropes to a green mat on a wooden floor, screaming with his mouth wide open. Lisa, with star-shaped spiky hair and a red dress, lies at the lower right edge of the mat, attached to his foot by one of the ropes. The view then pulls back to a wider look at the mat and the wooden floor, with a barrel at the lower left, while Bart stays bound and shouting.
