What happens

Bart, in an orange-red shirt, stands in a wood-paneled attic looking sideways, then Lisa, with star-shaped spiky hair and a red dress, flails her arms near a green table where Bart lies sprawled. Homer, in a white shirt and blue jeans, points off to the side while standing near a purple door and a red stripe on the floor. A man in a white lab coat kneels beside a child lying limp on the floor as Homer, Marge with her tall blue beehive, and Lisa look on from the doorway. Finally, shirtless Bart sits on the green table while Marge, wearing a green dress and red beads, ties a rope to his ankle, with a coil of rope and cleaning tools visible in the attic.
