What happens

Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress, appears in a sequence that begins with an overhead view of a classroom where children sit around a ring of desks, and a blond woman in a maroon vest and pink blouse gestures with open hands beside a drawing of a raincloud on a brick wall. Lisa then walks through a sunlit forest clearing dotted with flowers, peeks out from behind a tree beside a stream, and finally stands with her arms spread wide in the flower-filled meadow. Notable objects include the raincloud drawing, pink and white daisies, and a stream winding through the trees.
