What happens

Troy McClure, an actor with swept-back reddish hair and a brown jacket, stands beside a dark-haired man in a black tuxedo and red cummerbund who is strapped to a metal table in a cave-like room, with Homer, bald and in a white shirt, visible in the background near a SNACKS vending machine. A red laser beam sweeps across the table, and sparks fly from the metal shackle at the tuxedoed man's ankles as the beam strikes it. The bound man scowls and speaks while Troy looks on and gestures with one hand near his chest.
