What happens

Bart Simpson sits at a round table in a classroom with a blackboard, alphabet strip and star and cloud posters, joined by Nelson in a vest and other children, and a tall, orange-haired boy in a green shirt sits across from him. Across the first frames Bart sits with arms folded while the orange-haired boy in green, seated at the front left of the table, looks toward him, and in the later frames the same boy leans forward and talks as Bart stares sideways and purses his lips. Bart's orange shirt and the table's paper plates are visible, and the posters read CLOUD, SQUARE, STAR and a scribbled SUN on the wall.
