What happens

A frail, stooped old man with grey hair at the sides, in a white shirt and red tie, hangs from ropes under a canister-like jetpack rig above a jungle clearing of bamboo and a muddy mound, with a figure in a pith helmet below him. He then drifts over a forest fire, gripping a red hose that sprays a white jet of water into flames and grey smoke among burning pine trees.
