What happens

Bart Simpson, in his orange shirt and blue shorts, stands with a group of kids including Milhouse, who has blue hair and red glasses, in front of a purple wall with a door. Close-up views of Bart's belt with a whistle, a pouch, a red-dot button, and a white panel marked HELP show him with his hands on his hips, then his face looks sideways with a doubtful expression before a hand opens a round compass held over the belt.
