What happens

Several seated, cartoon Springfield figures in a dim room with a crowd behind them: a man in dark sunglasses, a grey suit and black turtleneck holds a cigar near his mouth and then lowers it while turning his head, with a light sheet on his head and a brown-haired woman in a magenta top at the left edge. An older man with swept white hair and a pink jacket with a medallion necklace holds a sheet of paper, then raises one hand and glances sideways, while a man in a blue suit behind him holds a black device with a blue lens. In the final moment the older man in pink tilts his head back with his mouth open, a blue cylinder pressed to his ear and a white handkerchief in his other hand, as the crowd and a man in a green sweater with a rolled paper stay in the background.
