What happens

Marge, with her tall blue beehive and red bead necklace, sits at the controls of an orange bulldozer on a dark, lamp-lit driveway at night while Homer in his white shirt gestures toward her. Earlier, figures in a crowd run with arms raised toward the bulldozer parked before an iron gate. Ned Flanders in his green sweater, Chief Wiggum in his police cap, and a grey-haired man in a suit watch as Marge talks, and the scene ends with Homer and Ned staring at her from behind the bulldozer's blade.
