What happens

Seen from behind, Marge with her tall blue beehive and a second blue-haired figure in a green skirt sit at a wooden table in the foreground, facing a crowded, dimly lit bar with round tables against a blue wall. At the right, Homer, a bald heavy man in a white shirt, sits and then raises both hands to his face while Ned Flanders, with moustache and glasses, sits nearby and Chief Wiggum stands in a police cap near the back. Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, appears at the right edge, then walks in past the tables toward the center, while Homer lowers his hands and the other patrons remain seated.
