Selma stands facing Bart in his orange shirt under a bright blue sky as Bart reaches toward her

What happens

Selma, a grey-violet-haired woman in a black cape, stands facing Bart in his orange shirt under a bright blue sky as Bart reaches toward her. Behind vertical bars, Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, and other kids, including a bowl-cut boy in a blue shirt and a red-haired boy in a white shirt, press against the bars with wide, alarmed eyes and open mouths, then turn to look outward at the greenery. Bart, arms spread, hurries along a walkway toward a cream house with an arched door while the caped woman points at the doorbell.
