What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red-framed glasses, sits at the wheel of a red convertible indoors, first gripping the steering wheel in a pink shirt and then leaning out of the driver's door with a grin as he drives past a window and shelves holding jars. Bart, in an orange shirt with spiky hair, stands behind the car watching in the later frames, while Milhouse grins and grips the wheel as the car rolls through a room with a lamp and a red wall phone with a coiled cord.
