Homer sits in a bathtub full of suds in a blue-tiled bathroom, scrubbing his arm with a green sponge

What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man, sits in a bathtub full of suds in a blue-tiled bathroom, scrubbing his arm with a green sponge. He then thrashes and yells with his mouth wide open, and Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands by the tub holding a brown object and watching him. Homer grimaces and hunches in the tub while Bart glares and shouts back, with a towel hanging on the wall, a shelf of folded towels above, and a soapy sponge on the purple floor.
