What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair, red-framed glasses and a tan coat, stands with his arms crossed on a city sidewalk beside Homer, who wears a light blue shirt and has a prominent belly. Homer talks animatedly, gesturing toward Milhouse with an open hand and then spreading his arms wide, before pressing a fist to his chest as he keeps speaking. Behind them are purple walls, a green and orange checkered panel, and a building with a small figure in a window above.
