What happens

An unnamed man in pale clothes, not clearly Principal Skinner since his hair and suit cannot be seen, works at the edge of the driveway of a two-story house with a purple roof splattered with green goo, holding a brown mop or bucket. He then walks along the side of the house toward its red front door on the left, and the house stands empty while the goo stays on the roof, windows and garage door. The image then fades to a black screen, with the house framed in a binocular-shaped view against a dark green hedge and blue lawn.
