Principal Skinner and Nelson stand by a hallway locker and a corkboard covered in notices

What happens

Principal Skinner, a neat grey-haired man in a blue suit and pink tie, and Nelson, the bully in a pink vest with a blue scarf-like cloth, stand by a hallway locker and a corkboard covered in notices. Skinner first stands with a fist on his hip and glares, then grips a football and a wooden paddle, then leans in and jabs a finger toward the board while Nelson stays arms-crossed and scowling. Skinner next leans closer with a folded paper or wallet in one hand while Nelson keeps glaring, and in the last moment Skinner stoops forward with his face jutting toward Nelson, still holding the small item.
