What happens

Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt, stands in heavy rain at a stormy seaside, then walks across rocks toward a tall blue lighthouse, and is later seen tangled in green seaweed with an orange flower on his head as he wades through churning water. He ends up at the lighthouse, where an open door sits beneath a sign reading "WELCOME THIS LIGHTHOUSE OPERATED BY EARL".
