What happens

Ned Flanders, wearing a red fire helmet marked 5, a green sweater and glasses, sits at a wooden counter behind a grey pot of red stew, and in the first frames he covers his face with his hands. Beside him, a freckled boy in a red helmet marked 5 and a blue shirt looks on, while Milhouse, in a red helmet and green shirt, watches from the right. Ned lowers his hands and sits upright with a grimacing, guilty expression, then he slumps forward with his head down on the counter as Milhouse reaches out to touch his back. In the last frame Ned sits up again with his hands on the counter while Milhouse, still in his red helmet, rests a hand on Ned's shoulder and looks at him. A blue wall and a backyard fence visible through a window sit behind them.
