What happens

Carl, a Black man in a blue sweater vest over a white shirt, stands among a row of onlookers in front of bare purple trees at night, holding a lit cigar that sends up smoke, while Ned Flanders in glasses and a green sweater stands at the far left beside a ginger-haired man with a moustache in a blue shirt and a red-haired, red-moustached man in a dark vest on the right. Carl talks and gestures with the cigar, first raising it and then pointing it toward the red-haired man, who scowls. The scene then shifts to a pale green, glowing ghostly figure with large round glasses standing among tall pink-trunked trees in a forest, first with arms crossed over its chest and then spreading its arms wide as the green glow pulses around it.
