What happens

A heavyset yellow-skinned man with spiky yellow hair, round glasses, a bushy moustache, a pink sweater and torn grey trousers stands barefoot in a forest of pink-trunked trees and blue bushes. He reaches into the foliage, then clutches his chest with both hands, then flings his arms out and points while his mouth is open mid-speech, his trousers snagged on the bushes and a red object lying on the ground at his feet. In the final moment a green turtle with an enormous toothy grin sits on the grey ground beside a tree.
