What happens

Bart and Marge stand on a brown rooftop ledge in the first frame, Bart holding a stack of pink flyers and Marge holding a stack with a pink sheet in hand, both looking over the edge at the street. Bart gestures while they talk, and pink flyers reading HOT are tossed down past the building's windows and fall through the air. Below, a cheering crowd of townspeople waves their arms and holds a pink HOT PRETZE... DELIV banner, and then a light blue convertible driven by Homer, with Lisa beside him, rolls down the street while a uniformed police chief, Chief Wiggum, stands up in the crowd, and Bart and Marge watch from the rooftop as the flyers keep falling.
