What happens

Marge, with her tall blue beehive and baby Maggie in her arms, walks through the snow with Bart and Lisa, while Homer in a purple jacket and green backpack follows among a line of bundled hikers wearing backpacks. The group heads toward a wooden platform in a snowy mountain setting with pine trees, where Mr. Burns, a frail stooped old man in a dark cap, gestures with one hand while Smithers, in a suit and glasses, stands beside a lectern. The hikers gather in a crowd in front of the platform as Lisa moves to the front of the group and Marge and Homer stand facing the speaker, and a wooden table with benches sits at the upper left.
