What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, appears in a dark blue suit carrying a brown briefcase. After the screen fades up from black on a pink sunset over nuclear cooling towers behind a chain-link fence, he walks briskly past wood-paneled walls and a lamp, while the caption 'Co-Executive Producer GEORGE MEYER' appears below him. Then a white polar bear leaps onto his back, mouth open, as he keeps hurrying along beneath a red and gold shield on the wall.
