What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands in his office holding a pink mug and gesturing, while Smithers, his thin assistant with glasses and a pink bow tie, stands beside a desk behind him. In the first frames Burns holds the mug and eyes the room, then in the middle frames he closes his eyes with a sly grin and gestures with a finger, and in the last frames he talks with a wide grin and points toward Smithers. A clipboard on the desk lists 'Meltdown Alert', 'Mad Dog Drill', 'Fire Drill' and 'Blimp Attack', and a framed portrait of Burns hangs on the wall, while the credits 'Consulting Producer Ian Maxtone-Graham' and 'Consulting Producer Dan McGrath' appear over the scene.
