What happens

A grey-haired older man in a blue military-style uniform and black hat with a brass C stands in the foreground at a bar, and Carl, a Black man in a blue cap with a moustache, sits nearby holding a mug of beer, while a grey-capped man with glasses sits beside them. The officer glances to the side, then turns his head toward the bar as a bearded man in a black top hat and dark coat leans on the counter with two beers and gestures with one hand. The scene ends with a man in a white turban and white uniform raising a hand beside a green door marked MEN, beneath a banner reading CAPTA and a sign reading Duff.
