What happens

Homer Simpson, bald with stubble and a white shirt, drives a pink car with a brown seat, first with his eyes closed and hand on the steering wheel, then with wide eyes and a hand raised to his face in alarm. Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, rides a green skateboard with purple wheels past a red brick building with an OPEN sign in its window, then glides through a street while grinning. Apu, in a green jacket and white pants, gestures with open arms beside Moe, the grey-haired bartender with a towel, and a heavy drunk with messy brown hair, while Bart rolls between them on his skateboard. Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue uniform, reaches out toward Bart on a road lined with trees and a pink building with a large statue, as Bart rides past him.
