What happens

Bart Simpson, in his orange shirt and blue shorts, holds a fistful of cash beside a large yellow lottery drum with a round glass door and numbered balls scattered at its base. An older grey-haired man in a blue shirt and white pants stands at the left, and a blond boy in a blue-grey shirt and red pants is at the right. Bart gestures at the machine, climbs onto a small purple stool, and reaches toward the drum as the balls tumble inside. A caption reads "Co-Executive Producer MIKE SCULLY," and later the group crowds behind a counter where Bart leans forward, joined by a curly red-haired girl, a blond boy, a dark-skinned man in an orange-striped shirt, and Milhouse in his blue cap and glasses.
