What happens

Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, dances in front of the brick fireplace while wearing a tall black bouffant wig with a pink bow, and baby Maggie in a blue sleeper with a pacifier watches from the left. Homer, in a white shirt, then grabs the wig and pulls it off Bart's head as Bart stands with his hands on his hips, after which a close view shows a record spinning on a turntable. The scene then moves to a kitchen where Marge, with her tall blue beehive, holds up a card with a red flower across a table from a thin, dark-haired man in a light blue shirt, with a cup and saucer in front of her and a small box on the table.
