Homer and Bart are first seated in a purple car, Homer gripping the steering wheel while Bart sits beside him

What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, and Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, are first seated in a purple car, Homer gripping the steering wheel while Bart sits beside him. Homer then stops the car on a highway median, and the two get out, with a folding lawn chair set down on the grassy strip. Bart stands beside the chair while Homer looks on, and then Homer walks off carrying the chair away from Bart, with traffic and overpass lanes behind them. Traffic cars, trucks and a blue sky with clouds fill the background, and a litter item lies on the grass.
