What happens

Homer and Bart sit on a green slatted bench on grass, with Homer gesturing as he talks while Bart looks up at him, and then Homer stares off to the side. The scene shifts to the Ajax Steel Mill, where grey smoke billows from tall smokestacks beneath a large AJAX STEEL MILL sign, with a fenced gate and rail tracks in front. Inside the mill, Homer stands behind Bart with one hand on his shoulder, facing a man in a white hard hat and blue overalls.
