Bart pushes a dark brown disc on a long stick across a wooden floor beside a rolled-up blue mat

What happens

Bart, a boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, pushes a dark brown disc on a long stick across a wooden floor beside a rolled-up blue mat. Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair, blue shirt and red tie, sprawls on the floor with his legs stretched out while Bart sits beside him with wide eyes. Bart then stands against a wall with a row of hangers, gesturing with one hand while Bob, now upright, clasps his hands together and talks.
