What happens

Bart, a boy with spiky hair in a blue suit and pink tie, stands on a green carpet in a restaurant lined with framed portraits, with a red sofa and a table holding a lamp and a wine glass behind him. He gestures with open arms, then turns and points toward the table while Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair and blue suit, stands in the foreground. Chief Wiggum, in his blue police cap, appears behind the red booth in the later images, grinning, while Sideshow Bob looks sideways with a sour expression.
