What happens

Bart, in an orange shirt, and Lisa, in a red dress, climb a metal staircase in a building, with Sideshow Bob, who has a huge mane of spiky red hair, in a blue shirt and brown pants, hurrying behind them along a railed walkway and then running past. The pair later appear on separate walkways, with a dark red splat on the blue floor below and a stack of railings running across a beige wall. The scene ends on a close view of an open blue door revealing a brown room, with no on-screen text.
