The Simpsons, “My Sister, My Sitter” (season 8, episode 17), 18:55–18:58
What happens
Lisa Simpson, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress and pearl necklace, floats against a dark blue background, first with arms spread wide and smiling, then drifting with her hands clasped at her waist as she looks to the side. Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a dark cap with a badge and a blue sideburn, appears in close-up against a purple backdrop, eyes glancing sideways, then raises a finger to his chin and speaks with his mouth open. Lisa's orange-and-white sandals and the shadow on the blue wall are visible in the early shots.
