What happens

Lisa Simpson, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress, lies in bed on a blue blanket with her mouth open and eyes drifting, while Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and a blue arm sling, kneels on the bed beside her. In the bedroom, Bart's arm sling stays in place as Lisa's head turns and she looks up toward him, then Bart leans down toward her and turns his head, and in the final moment Bart leans closer over the bed while Lisa lies with her head tilted and mouth open. A framed portrait hangs on the pink wall, and a green poster with the word FES and a bugle-like decoration sits above the bed, with a purple bookshelf-style stand and a book on the right.
