What happens

A bald, heavy-set man in a dark blue suit and red tie stands on a blue tiled floor beside a dark blue carpet edge, gesturing with one hand, then clasping his hands and closing his eyes as he speaks. The scene moves to the front steps of a house with a pink doorframe and window, where he gestures toward Mrs. Krabappel, who has a tall brown hairdo and wears a green cardigan over a teal skirt, standing with her hands clasped while a brown-haired man in a blue suit, pink shirt and orange tie stands beside her with his hand on her shoulder. The bald man steps down to the lower left of the steps, looking up as Mrs. Krabappel speaks, with no on-screen text visible.
