What happens

A brown-haired man in a blue suit and a green polka-dot party hat sits at a wooden table with Mrs. Krabappel, who has a tall brown hairdo and wears a green top and holds a cigarette, while a grey-haired older woman, likely Patty or Selma, peers over the backyard fence. Blue and pink streamers hang across the fence as the man sips a red drink from a plastic cup, glances sideways at Mrs. Krabappel, and then at the fence with a sour, skeptical look, while the older woman's expression shifts from a frown to wide-eyed staring. The scene is set outdoors against a wooden fence, bushes, and a blue sky, with cups and streamers on the table and fence.
