What happens

Bart peeks worriedly from a pink playhouse window with bushes behind him while a figure in a green sweater with reddish-brown hair leans in at the right edge. The scene then cuts to a school cafeteria serving line, where Principal Skinner in a blue suit and orange tie and Mrs. Krabappel with a tall orange beehive and green cardigan stand holding trays of salad and a milk carton, with students at tables behind them. Krabappel takes a drag on a cigarette and exhales smoke while Skinner glances at her and then turns toward her, both looking at each other.
