Principal Skinner sits on a couch in his office holding a white envelope marked "To Edna Krabappel, Personal and Confidential"

What happens

Principal Skinner, in a blue suit with a pink shirt and orange tie, sits on a couch in his office holding a white envelope marked "To Edna Krabappel, Personal and Confidential." Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, appears at the open blue door, and Skinner stands and walks toward him with the envelope. Skinner then hands the envelope to Bart, who takes it beside a potted plant, a bookshelf, and framed certificates on the wall.
