What happens

Bart Simpson, in his orange shirt and blue shorts, stands on a front walkway in front of a purple door, then looks worried as a dark-sunglassed man in a maroon sweater vest and white collared shirt holds out a white cane with a red tip toward him. The man gestures with his free hand while a birdcage holding a parrot hangs by the staircase in the green hallway. No on-screen text is visible.
