Bart Simpson sneaks along a chain-link fence beside a house with a pink front door in the snow at night

What happens

Bart Simpson, dressed in a black outfit and dark beanie, sneaks along a chain-link fence beside a house with a pink front door in the snow at night. He uses red-handled bolt cutters to cut through the fence, then pauses to look up at a brown greyhound, Santa's Little Helper, peering from an upstairs window. He then drags a long black cable across the snowy yard of a white house with a dark red door, with a manhole cover at the cable's end.
