Bart Simpson and Lisa Simpson are in the living room

What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, and Lisa Simpson, the star-haired girl in a red dress and pearl necklace, are in the living room. Lisa sits on the green couch holding a Trucker's Choice Stay-Alert Capsules bottle, while Bart stands nearby with his hands on his hips. The bottle, shown close up in the opening image with a cartoon trucker on its label, is held in yellow hands. Bart then stands beside a cardboard box full of pills near the brick fireplace, pointing a finger up, and later leans over the box and reaches into it. A glass cabinet with blue glassware and pink dishes stands in the background.
