What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, sits at a cluttered desk in his room, gripping a catalog titled "The House Covet Catalog" and staring at it with wide eyes and a clenched grin, then opens his mouth in an excited gasp. Snowball II, the black cat, peeks over the top of a shelf behind him, near a red drawer unit and a stereo. The scene then cuts to close-up views of a black cordless telephone resting on a pink and cream keyboard-like mat, and finally Bart's hand lifting the black handset to his ear.
