What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, stands at the front door of the Simpson house beside a large wooden crate, while Santa's Little Helper, the brown greyhound, stands nearby on the lawn. A worldwide shipping truck is parked on the street behind them. Bart looks toward the street as the truck is seen, then a fluffy brown-and-white collie pops up from inside the open crate and nuzzles against him. Bart holds the crate's lid and steps back as the collie climbs out and the lid is left tilted open, leaving the crate empty. Notable objects include the crate stenciled with no visible text on it and the "WORLDWIDE SHIPPING" lettering on the truck.
