Ned Flanders sits behind a pink car-like structure while a black-haired man in a pink shirt and blue tie stands at its side

What happens

Ned Flanders, in a green sweater with a moustache and glasses, sits behind a pink car-like structure while a black-haired man in a pink shirt and blue tie stands at its side. They talk outside a wooden fence beside a red mailbox, with green bushes and trees behind them. The standing man gestures with one hand and then leans in with a stern, frowning expression as Flanders looks up at him, while the rest of the scene stays still.
