What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and green skirt, stands beside a desk while a black-haired man in a pink shirt and blue tie sits in a red chair with his arms crossed, watching her, with a telephone and a potted plant nearby. The scene then switches to Homer, grinning with his eyes shut as he grips the steering wheel of a purple car, with brown fronds blowing in through the open window. Bart, in his orange shirt and blue shorts, struggles in the back seat to hold up a wooden board while brown fronds whirl around him.
